In 2022, Yellow partnered with Smartalk for an exclusive event on Employer Branding.

The meeting brought together a select group of professionals for a deep exchange of ideas and learnings.

The event was designed to create an intimate and focused environment. As a result, the spots were limited to only 20 participants.

This allowed for relevant and inspiring discussions aimed at strengthening the employer brands present.

The event featured enriching talks from Daniel Monteiro, Founder of Yellow, and Rodrigo Moreira, Founder of Smartalk, mentor, and expert in entrepreneurship and innovation.

Both are specialists in entrepreneurship and innovation.

They shared experiences on how to build a strong and attractive employer brand.

Moreover, the discussions were moderated by Lorena Oliveira, a psychologist and neuroscientist, specializing in strategic people management and a Master in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

With her unique approach, she brought a blend of art and science to guide the conversations.

In addition to learning, Smart Talk promoted high-quality networking. Participants had the opportunity to connect with other professionals in the field.
