The proposal from ArcelorMittal was clear.
In 2023, we had the privilege of hosting yet another important event from ArcelorMittal, a partner that has already collaborated with us on significant projects, such as the Expert Program.
This time, our venue served as the stage for a strategic training session for a select group of 16 professionals from the company, marking another moment of development and strengthening competencies within one of the largest industries in the world.
The proposal from ArcelorMittal was clear:
to bring together the key talents from a specific area for an immersive three-day session led by a specialized instructor.
It is worth highlighting that the goal was to review the learnings from the previous year. Additionally, the aim was to collaboratively build the strategic pillars for the next five years, addressing all the essential aspects for the organization’s sustainable growth.
The event was held in our secondary meeting room, which currently houses the Vidas project.
As a result, the space provided a functional and comfortable environment for discussions and presentations.
During breaks, participants were able to enjoy moments of relaxation in our outdoor area.
Carefully prepared coffee breaks were served, meeting the level of excellence expected for an event of this nature.
Moreover, more than just providing the space, we understand that events like this reinforce Yellow’s essence: being a hub that connects people, ideas, and strategies, creating experiences that positively impact companies and professionals.
It was an honor to open our doors for such a meaningful meeting and, even indirectly, contribute to the strategic planning of ArcelorMittal, a company that inspires innovation and excellence.
