Get to know the founders better:
Daniel Monteiro, an engineer by training, is the founder and CEO of Yellow\.rec, launched in 2017 with the mission to simplify recruitment processes and prioritize a positive experience for candidates.
Together with Lucas Bottrel, co-founder and CFO, who brought extensive experience in consulting and auditing at large companies, he took on the challenge of structuring and scaling the company’s processes. Together, they created a data- and innovation-driven culture, shaping Yellow as a reference in agile and efficient recruitment.
